I do not care for the new way bill pay extracts funds from accounts. It used to be the funds would extract right away and now they do not extract until the checks clear. The new app is more useful though. As far as loans, recently within the last couple of months, we could not get anyone to return a phone call to discuss loan options. We ended moving two of our rental house loans to another bank as they returned our call.

Auto bill pay and transfers from one account to another are hard to generate and then impossible to monitor as virtually no important info such as account numbers are available for review. I cannot tell what bills I have coming out in two days, and if the accounts being paid are correct. I cannot transfer fron my business to my Personal account without coming in to the bank and asking a teller to do it. Not good at all.

I love the new look and new features. The only thing that I’ll have to get used to is the new GUI when I login. There’s only one thing I would love to see in this new app that the old app had and that is having all withdrawal amounts appear in red. But I’m still glad there’s a fresh new update!

A few small requests please. Can you look into incorporating a budget building type of tool within TLCCommunityCU ? Also TLCCommunityCU could use some optimization updates as mine won’t load transactions currently.

The simplicity of using this apps is outstanding.

Money transfers can’t have notes on them so therefore the person receiving the transfer doesn’t have any idea what it’s for. And making payments on loans is broken you cannot have additional money go towards it you have to make additional payments now which is just hitting with more fees and more fees this might be the worst money app I’ve seen

Please bring back the ability to copy into the member number. I have to transfer money several times a month to different accounts.

Also it’s annoying to login every time I go off TLCCommunityCU . Which I have to do now since I can’t paste into the member number.

It’s a real pain that we can no longer see account numbers any more, when trying to pay bills!! I have different accounts with som businesses and I can not pay them through this new app. because I can’t tell which one I am paying.

Sometimes it works. Most of the time it doesnt. Navigation is terrible. TLCCommunityCU could easily be simplified by reducing the amount of steps needed to check transactions. When you tell an employee how bad TLCCommunityCU is, they agree. The old app worked perfect. But I guess that wasnt difficult enough for their customers.

Would be nice to be able to see the account numbers in my bill pay? Have not been real crazy with this new system.

I miss the “Notes” option for when I transfer $$ to other members. The old app had that option and I miss it dearly.

The mobile deposit works part of the time, or it takes four or five times for it to go through. Not happy 😢😢

My account has been breached numerous times over the past 4 years and it’s down right ridiculous your security standards are so low and easy to get passed by.

Simply impossible, and frustrating

MAKE IT SO I CAN SEE MY TRANSACTIONS RIGHT AWAY LIKE THE OLD APP. NOT THREE DAYS LATER.
