Update for iPhone X
Thank you for the awesome update for the iPhone X UI. This makes us have an increased workspace, as well easier navigation. I may be jumping to ideas however I almost am willing to bet that the speed has improved as well, more to come on this one. Cannot wait to see the email Work marching this format for iPhone X. Great work!
The worse app ever
This got to be the worst app ever and I can’t believe that Apple is actually approved such horrible app to be in the App Store. I wish I can show a demo on how l bad this app trying to Open a link from BlackBerry work and keeps flashing and flashing and flashing forever and after 10 minutes, maybe, if I’m lucky it’ll time out, comes back and ask me to open in Safari and then tells me can’t open in Safari!!! how bad is this? please!! My 6-year-old probably can build a better app!
Less than 1% market share
It does not take a great deal of brain power to understand why Blackberry went from the dominant player to zero in a blazing trail of “failure to keep up with the market.” This App is horrible and no one would use it if it weren’t for corporate policy. From installation to daily use, I beg my IT dept to let us simply use the App that’s made by the same developer of our desktop email. Why must we be the less than 1% subjected to something so user-unfriendly?
This is a mainframe for Major corporation
All the blackberry apps are for secure outside connections to a network. This app secures outlook email outside of the network. It’s very capable in that arena. I would not recommend this app for one off users.
App has become useless
The app USED to work just fine. It would allow me to click on links via my work email and visit sites. I surmise some wacky update occurred and now when I attempt to access sites remotely needed for work, it prompts me to open up in Safari instead. Obviously, these are work websites and I can’t do as such. Hopefully this is fixed ASAP. Until then, I’m removing it
Go make coffee if waiting for new email to load
Only option (ugh!) w/my employer ... "C-o-n-n-e-c-t-i-n-g ..." Get useless notification on Apple Watch (99% no sender/subect). Go to phone to see WHO emailed, about WHAT. But after login, 1-2 mins for new email to load. If using LAPTOP to read/file/delete email, PHONE app doesn't keep up .. OLD email still shows on phone + badge count shows gazillion UNREAD. When u open app, old email slowlyyyy floats in/out for 2-3 minutes until app becomes CURRENT. * No cut/paste or formatting, even WITHIN app. * Can't see color coded categories like on laptop * NO create/change flag status to customize when to follow up
I am constantly having to delete and reinstall this browser. Hyperlinks in emails are effectively worthless and have to wait until I’m on my PC. The app will work for less than a week, then I get a proxy error that can only be solved with a delete/re-install. Will this be fixed? Stay tuned.

Some of the web pages are distorted or links are broken/missing. It’s impossible to work with the upgrade, previous version worked fine.
iOS update has made this app useless
Since the latest iOS update you can not use this app. You can not scroll to see all the content, which does not allow you to get to the buttons we need to get to. Please update so we can do our job.
Couldn’t be much worse. Hard to get operational. Rarely works when you finally get it installed and correctly implemented. Slow. Nothing positive to say about this application other than it does in theory exist.
Agree with previous review. While the ability to access intranet files and share point sites is powerful, the process to launch the browser application is PAINFUL!
Unable to download app
Although I have the cloud icon, when I click it, I cannot download it. I’ve been through every possible scenario with Apple Support to get this fixed and nothing works.
Kills my iPad
Whenever this app is running, even in the background, my iPad Pro slows to a crawl. Gestures don't work, swiping between screens is noticeably jumpy, and similar problems. Kill the app and the issues disappear. Not worth the headaches.
Wow... setting up is very lame
I figured out even though it times out for sign in ... you have to close then open an email and check a portal to see if it works... very crude software
