Stopped working and no response to inquiries

SafeMail worked great for several years But then it hung up when I tried to log off. I had to quit app to get out of it.
Then after that it hangs when trying to open gmail. Then once again I have to quit SafeMail in order to proceed.
As I said SafeMail worked great for several years on all my iOS devices. But gradually it has stopped working even though I've reinstalled it several times in three different devices. I also refreshed my gmail passwords hoping that would help.
When working it is a 5 star. But now it's 0
star. If they responded to my emails I'd give them a break, but they don't.

Awesome way to get all my features with Gmail included into my iPad Air 2 . I want to
score with 5 points today. It's my first time today, October 21, 2015. To add this feature , where I can remember my Google applications allowed by me. Awesome to safe them here. Tomas Enrique Sanchez Sanchez is delighted to add this remarks here , too. Thanks.

stopped working-No more support?

Used to be a flawless app but stopped working couple of years ago (end of 2017). I tried uninstalling and installing SafeMail several times without positive results. Login is an impossible task. On my ios tablet login just keeps trying indefinitely without a prompt response while on my ios phone gives me an incoherent response that states the device doesn't allow JavaScript when actually it has it on!. Don't even bother anymore.

I like the app. It functions well. Don't like how they mislead you.

If they wants adds on their app, they need to include that info from the get go- not months later. Offer a free version with adds from day one along with an add free paid version from the start. You can make the choice.

But to switch from add free to having adds down the line is wrong. I feel tricked and betrayed.

Will be switching to a different mail app as a result. Don't trust them. What will it be next?

Single pin for all the accounts.

It allows multiple accounts and has a pin to protect it but unfortunately didn't work for me as it's a global pin and I need different pins for different email addresses.

I've been using SafeMail for about two years. My requirements are pretty basic, and I have not had any problems at all. Using an iPad3. Good job.

Not Good Anymore- Please Fix

I was forced to update SafeMail because it would no longer let me log in to my account.

Now it is requiring a password EVERY TIME! Why is that? It hangs forever before actually logging in to my account, and in general, a once amazing app has become a giant pain in the behind.

Now it asks me for a password every time I want to log on. This is new. It's stupid. It takes several minutes to get on instead of a few seconds. Why did you people do that?

Useful App

Good app but has problems when switching from gmail accounts. Also, very annoying that you get constant reminders to get full version even when you have eliminated ads. Will consider finding another program based the annoyance.
