V4.3 which auto updated on my 12 pro will no longer connect to the VPN. The”Tap to Connect” will seem to start the process (spinning green circle), then it will just go back to the start.

Either revert back to the previous version 4.2 or fix your app! I do not believe this is an iOS issue since it won’t work on iOS14 or 15.

First it was iOS 12 and the position that since Apple rewrote the network stack, portions of HPEVirtualIntranetAccess had to be rewritten. This took several months despite the fact the development releases had been available prior to iOS 12 release. iOS 13 has been out for nearly 2 months now, and of course HPEVirtualIntranetAccess no longer functions properly. What’s the excuse now?!

Apple has an issue with iOS 13 which was just fixed for this with 13.2. My iPhone connects up without an issue.

Hi, iPhone user, HPEVirtualIntranetAccess updated a few weeks ago and this new version won’t connect, it acts like it will by spinning but then reverts back to disconnecting…. Are you all aware?? Working on a fix??? Timeframe for a fix??? My team depends on HPEVirtualIntranetAccess for our day to day work we need a fix !!!!

App doesn’t seem to stay current with updates. iOS 13 doesn’t support HPEVirtualIntranetAccess. You loose all access to your private network connections. Wish they just paid someone to write their VPN software. Any other app can push updates in a timely manner.

This 4.3 version does not connect. They know this has been an issue for more than 2 months !!! Very simple: make available the previous version while you repair this !!!!

The newest update will not work with the iOS on my phone. Please fix this so I may access the vpn. Hasn’t been able to work for over a month now!

Never had an issue with HPEVirtualIntranetAccess working but since this latest 4.3 update HPEVirtualIntranetAccess no longer works. Hopefully they fix this issue so I can continue using it.

Seriously the worst app. Doesn’t work worth a darn on iOS at all. It should be removed from the market place until they can rectify all of the issues.

This version was supposed to work with iOS 12, but never did. It’s been months since then. Make it work! There are still people that use it on the iOS platform!

I’m having the same problem. Tap to connect not working. Please fix or provide another update.

Just like the past half dozen IOS releases, Aruba customers have to wait for an update (usually months) to get a working VPN connection

Just awful considering the cost of their products.

It seems not compatible with ios13.
Connection lost after dozens of seconds.

Latest 4.3 not working at all even after deleting and reinstalling

I don’t understand why iOS is having an issue with HPEVirtualIntranetAccess.

I keep getting an error “Invalid Server Certificate”.

I would really like to use this soon!

VIA is not reading the cert on my iPhone even though it’s installed. Aruba had time since June to get this right.

Not connecting anymore after updating to iOS iOS 13 on my iPhone XS Max.

It’s displaying warning messages
Saying invalid certificates
And asking if connect to the server anyway
But nothing happen .
