Haven't been able to log in to my mobile app or in to my desktop. Its been days! My password and my user id is not working? No one will assist in chat and when I call I get hung up on. That is not professional. Too many issues with this set up? Why wont someone help if help is needed?

I am over the HR and payroll at my work. One of our employees is trying to access his check early. On the dashboard or main page it shoes $500 available. When you click into the wallet it shows $0 available and the last time update was last Saturday, 10/22/22. We tried logging in and out. We went to the app store and updated the app that way, but it is still showing the same issues.

The home screen is not updating to the current date. The screen is a day behind. So right now the screen is showing today is August 9th when actually it is August 10th

No updates, no available funds, submitted check stub yesterday and still nothing. Live chat ignores you and now isn’t even available, they shut it off. Said yesterday funds would be available by end of day, here we are into Saturday and they say a few hours then ignore you.

I am unable to add bank or debit accounts. This has been going on since mid April. Numerous calls and emails have not fixed the problem. Please help. I have tried both android ap and web site. I always get the message unable to save after confirming successful linking of accounts.
