Want to deposit a check. If I enter just on the web I can access my account easily but of course not deposit a check However using the mobile app it tells me every time my account can't be verified and either my sign in or password is incorrect. The same password that works just great if I am not trying to access mobile banking to deposit a check. I even deleated my app and reloaded it to no avail

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SDCCU app issues:

Force Stop the SDCCU App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SDCCU app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SDCCU to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SDCCU App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SDCCU app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SDCCU.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
