Redecor Status

When trying to submit a design, it says oops and won't let me submit.

It won't load. I have updated it, cleared cache and restarted phone and it still just opens and spins

I cannot get the app to work. It was working fine last night. Now, it opens for a second and then closes. I've tried removing the app and reinstalling it, shutting my phone off and on - it still is doing the same thing.

Whenever I try to submit my design for Page 4, Design 5, I get a pop up that reads “Oops, something went wrong.” I can’t progress unless I can submit my design. Closing the app completely and reopening has not helped.

The events are not available anymore. The rest of the game os ok. But the events Just don't appear. Why?

Each time I attempt to go into my journal page#16, design$15 I get kicked completely out of the game. It did this yesterday and again today. Turn off my phone and waited and brought it up hoping that woul trigger an update or something. Can't move onward in the journal designs. It's been over 24 hours. Please look into this. Thanks.

I am having problem with my account and I can’t log in or it won’t summit my challenge ,it tells me that my order didn’t go through and to close it and try again later. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you Dorothy

Unable to download season pass just keeps spinning

I new to this game. After securing my status for Ledgen I continued to play and did earn podiums. I thought that I was just going to using those wins toward the next 75 I needed by the month end. But they took my 12 wins away????? Wish I would of known that and I would have stopped playing and just did duels and saved my money for this next 14 days! Frustrating! Also sometimes when I buy a coin pack I don't get all of my unlocks. It has happened 3 times to me now!! Could someone get back to me on this? Thank-you Sara Gale ( Bonnie deMynn)

When I try to unlock an item that I have enough coins/tokens to purchase, it says, 'Oops, something went wrong'. This happens every time which means I may as well stop using the app if I can only choose from a very small selection of owned items over and over and can never get new items. Please fix! I will never earn votes when I can't choose the items that look nice.

App slow to load and draggy

On the last 2 days my Redecor either won't boot up or crashes. Please help.

My app is crashing. Sometimes it won't even load it will just crash. Also delayed in picks been doing the delayed reaction for months.

The app is running extremely slowly! When I select a material, it takes several seconds to show up on the design, and it takes over 2 minutes to submit a design. Samsung Tab 6 Lite Android version 13

I have a brand new galaxy a8 tablet, which I bought because Redecor was taking 5-10 seconds for each pick I made on my old tablet. Nothing has changed. It takes several seconds to buy or load any section. Redecor is the only app I'm having a problem with.

On my Kindle Fire there is an update available, but when I click on the update button it doesn't do anything. I've restarted the tablet and force stopped the app but it still won't update.

This app continues to malfunction today. It is stuck again. This time it won’t show me the items I am choosing in the design. I can’t finish the design like this. It’s been doing strange things all day. First I was getting broken or blank screens for many designs already completed, then a refusal to move at all. Please fix this already!

I purchased for $6.99 what is displayed as getting 105,000 coins and three items. I only received 48,000 coins. I’d like the rest of the advertised coins please or refund my money.

Cannot connect since update

Redecor doesn't work on either of my Kindle. I've cleared cache, data, restarted, un & reinstalled, drained battery & then charged & restarted I'VE TRIED IT ALL !!!. On my Kindle fire 8th Gen it shows a jumbled up pixel screen full of bright abstract mess. Everything else works fine. On my 7th gen I have also tried the above listed & this time on my 7th gen the screen (the room that u decorate just the same as the other) is black with white dotted lines outlining stair cases , furniture etc . I don't know how to find the version that's not been updated to try installing instead as suggested. Next option it's looking like is uninstall & just forget about playing it. However, I see that I'm not the ONLY one having issues and that could lead to a lot of people disappointed & uninstalling as well as losing money because it also tends to log u out of Facebook after u log in as well.

Yesterday I paid for the Special offer on the APP. I didn't receive anything till now. Its 12hours now that the amount for that is charged to my credit card.

I had taken a break from Redecor for about 2-3 mos. And just started playing again. However, all my items (many purchased) are gone. It’s as if I’ve started all over. That doesn’t seem too fair considering all the effort and cash I’ve invested . Am I doing something wrong?

I can only play 1 or 2 challenges then game freezes. Everyday since you changed game I have to delete and reinstall app. Super frustrating

My Redecor app is not loading this afternoon. The main photo of the wellness scene loads but then nothing happens. A small circle just keeps going around and around but that’s it.

Redecor app worked fine on July 31,2022. As of August 1, 2022. The app is slow to load. Never completely loads. Will not load any design challenges...eventually times out. Have Uninstaller & re-installed, doesn't change the loading issue.

In app purchases not working. Payments are successful, but token and gold coin totals don't reflect the updated quantities.

App worked great until yesterday when it keeps crashing all the time. Sometimes won't load at all, other times crashes as soon as you have voted and before you get your reward, other times when you try to purchase items when doing a design. Does not even last a minute without an issue. Checked for app updates - there are none so I am on the latest version. There is also no internet issue - I am on extremely fast fibre and my access on internet to everything else is fine. Annoyed as had just paid for season pass the day before I started having issues and now I can't even use it. Used to really love this app. Now if it doesn't resolve itself soon I will be uninstalling.

Try to open app which says weak internet connection which I do not have. If I just use data it has a circle which just goes round and around. If I can't figure this out I am saying goodbye to the game

Asks me for my age(never did that before) yet won’t let me confirm when I input it. The game has been glitchy for a while now, I’ve already lost a load of progress as I couldn’t sign in through Facebook so I redownloaded it and started again but now I’m having this problem. Hi - I was asked for my age on accessing the site (which has NEVER happened before) and typed a zero by mistake in the box - then got a message to say that I am too young to access the site (I'm actually 65!!). I have been signed up with Redecor for over two years and have very much enjoyed my games. Suddenly, Facebook asked me for my password and I had forgotten it and had to replace the old one with a new one! When I did it gave me a new account for Redecor.. which has my face but it does not have my name against my games that I play and just has numbers for a code where has before it read Shari L. It also lost all of my past criteria From all of the games where I had a huge amount of materials, pictures, furnishings etc. and tons of choices, everything that I want to use is locked. I am in hopes that you can restore my games beginning . I also was in several leagues and twice in the Diamond league. I am very frustrated that I cannot playing in the game I started out with! How can I recover my account from app problems today?

hello, when I fist pull up redecor it's saying error code 500. I'm on an android bit have never had this problem. It has been this way all day. I have rebooted my phone closed the app etc. Please help
