With the most recent update, the change language option is gone? I’m assuming this is a mistake because it wouldn’t make any sense to get rid off. Please fix it and bring it back……I’ll change my review rating after it’s back.

Lately it has become more and more like foul play. for quite a lot of money, after the last price increase, you get 15GB of internet. and you will receive the “video on the go” package next month - after a new payment. I will change the operator, this one loses to everyone. I didn’t switch to another one earlier because of habit.

Glitchy. Doesn't always show available services, have to call the support, browsing through their terrible and deliberately confusing voice menu, to reach a live support representative to ask them to enable/disable a service.
Uses SMS authentication which is terribly inconvenient if the SIM card is in iPad. Besides it is utterly insecure. Should use a password+second factor from Google or MS authenticator instead.
Taking the above into the account, МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки is almost useless.

Doesn't always show you accurate data about your account and, as always with our services, sends you spam that can't be turned off. Now I not only get spam SMS on the phone from them but also spam via notifications from МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки . No thanks, I'll just use web interface when I need to.

Pin instead of a password is less secure and convenient.

New design is confusing. Information is much harder to find. All the previous functionality is gone!

There are two big flaws in this apps causing me a lot of trouble:

(1) If you add an additional phone number to manage, you can never delete it again

(2) Apple Pay with a European American Express card always seems to fail, at least above very small amounts (tried 500 ₴ and upwards)

Hi can add medium widget and user registration with diia in app
And made esim setting menu in app when you can disconnect sim from phone because you have binding to concrete imei because we can’t change smartphone with out operator help and add more esim scan time

The data for your account is not accurate at all times. Otherwise great tool.

I love МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки. I use it to add time to my account and check my plan. It’s very easy to use.

ApplePay in the application doesn’t work! Just want to charge my account and I can’t.

МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки is awesome but its widget keeps asking me sign in to see my subscriptions and signing in doesn’t help.

With МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки you can manage all your Kyivstar services and expenses. Top up the phone, chose service plan, setup extra services. Easy to use. So much better than calling support every time. I do recommend!

Since I changed my plan from prepaid to postpaid I have been using a lot МійКиївстарінтернетдзвінки and it really works very well.

Very intuitive to use. I am very impressed with how quickly I got everything done that I needed right off the bat.

This is the complex app I have ever come across in Ukraine. They have translated everything to English I don’t find any difficulty when reading something on the platform

Easy access, app works pretty fast, no need to call support as you can do everything in app itself. Saves time.

Finally supports Apple Pay!
