The update is horrible

The update is horrible, whenever I try to do a payment through Fawateer it logs me out for not being active while it's only seconds to check the OTP
Didn't get this before, hope this is fixed at the soonest as the website is not very mobile responsive

You’ll lose your password then you’ve to call the Call Center to reset your password ( during day time working hours), “Don’t update if you’re going to use KFHBahrain ”

It took me several trials and errors to sign up, but eventually I was able to figured out. At least the sing up was not intuitive. Once registered, it works GREAT.
