I’ll get text notifications about messages sent to me and to look at Zillow. I go on the app and it keeps saying no messages

The manager will not accept my pictures. I have done it many times. They are standard JPEG pictures.

“Failed to reset hub.” Error messages. Can not load listing. Please provide corrective action.

The ad is showing my house as 4922 1/2 instead of the garage apartment which is behind my house. Plus there are no pictures which I uploaded. Instead there is a google earth street photo which I didn’t do. Plus my phone number is 469-664-7885. There is another Incorrect number showing.

I have two properties in the system - 10 Town Oaks Place in Bellaire TX is currently activated. Your app keeps throwing an error message when I try to update/edit the description - on both properties and, multiple times, I received an error message that says “Failed to refresh Hub - We’re currently unable to download your listings due to a network communication issue. Please check your connectivity.” I have NO CONNECTIVITY ISSUES so this error is caused by something else. Can you please investigate and help fix it? Another clue - these listings were originally created several years ago and it seems you have separated functionality into different apps/modules. For example, I think I previously created listings in Zillow before the “Rental Manager” existed.

We've been applying with co-applicants to a house, 2070 Mulkey Rd SW, Marietta, 30008 after viewing the home. But the site keeps saying "something went wrong" when we try to submit the SSN part. Please help.

I have listed two apartments in the same building. The hub shows the units posted on hotpads and Trullia but still pending on Zillow. Properties are. 1830 Russell and 1832-A Russell in St. Louis mo. 63104. The displayed pictures and information are mixed up. I get a Manager server network connectivity issue message. I have listed multiple units in this building in the past. Now there is an issue of sorts. Please let me know what’s the problem so we can get this fixed.

HELP!!! I've written to you twice - I have an empty rental and CANNOT ACTIVATE MY LISTING!!!!!!!! Bottom of of edit section it says INCOMPLETE! and will not let me select NEXT! I'm losing rent every day. Your response always says I'll hear from you soon, but I am getting NOTHING and NO HELP. This is so incredibly frustrating and COSTING ME hundreds of dollars every day! I've spent HOURS following every forum, every result from google on this subject. PLEASE! I need answers right now! Thank you

I have my new rental listing completed through to the "Review" but it won't publish - There is an asterisk in a beige box on the main page that says "INCOMPLETE" but everything is there. When I hit Edit, there is a red box that says, "This information is required to list your property. The address is there but I added a "B" because this rental is part of my home, previously on Zillow without the "B". I suspect that is the problem but I don't know what to do. Please advise.

email says renters are applying for my property but when I click on the link to my manager page it is blank.

- Technical advice needed on how to record and download 3D video.

- Zillow app is very glitchy and struggles to upload pics and videos.

- Zillow won’t let you upload your own vid file, they make you take it within the app.

- Zillow lost all of the videos on their end.

- Rental Manager app has issues with uploading pictures, duplicating pictures, and screwing up the order of the pictures previously uploaded.

- Quality control issues with the app.
