How to fix Binbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Binbox app on iPhone
Update Binbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Binbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Binbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Binbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Binbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Binbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Binbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Binbox » click [Force Stop]

Update Binbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Binbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Binbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Binbox.

Fix Binbox unable to contact server/ Binbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Binbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Binbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Binbox
