Worst ever app. Lots of functionality issue. Not sure which software company developer this. Apple should remove ADDA from ADDA Store.

ADDA is absolutely useless. Bad ux aside, nothing that is done in ADDA has any influence to what actually happens. You can open all the service requests you want, no fixes will take place. Of course this is because the building administrators are not using it. But of course, this is part of ADDA makers responsibilities. Don’t bother downloading it. Unless of course you like garbage, in which case I’d recommend a lunch at Charleyes cheesesteaks.

Through ticket no.P2280 I had asked for approving the addition of my daughter in law's name in the this app. Although the ticket is closed, her name still does not appear in the this app.

I am unable to pay. The screen links are not working. If I touch the screen to enter the unit number, it exits and I am back on home page. No one responds or assists. Please email solutions promptly with new links or other ways to pay!

I was using the this app for the past several years including for payment for my unit 42-184 but now the system says I do not have access to my unit to review maintenance charges etc. unless I have access I cannot make maintenance payment at all as I always pay via this app. Fix the issue to allow me access to my unit 42-184.

Application crashes every time in try to join and upload images

I reach the OTP page but I never receive an OTP on my phone. Tried with multiple numbers for days now, none work. Terrible first time experience.

In new version the “Total Amount Due “ is missing in “my unit “ page , which was showing below house number.
Please fix it.

While trying to download receipts from my unit using share icon, it crashes. Using ipad pro 12.9 ios 12.3.1. Please fix it. As a result i can not download the receipt.

I tried to register my account for my society, but it failed with no response or error message.

Left two messages regarding error/failure but no response.

Online Chat - always offline

My society just started with ADDA and will be requesting members to choose another App before it is too late.
