Garbage in app form
This app is absolutely useless. Bad ux aside, nothing that is done in the app has any influence to what actually happens. You can open all the service requests you want, no fixes will take place. Of course this is because the building administrators are not using it. But of course, this is part of the app makers responsibilities. Don’t bother downloading it. Unless of course you like garbage, in which case I’d recommend a lunch at Charleyes cheesesteaks.

Links not working, complained twice
I am unable to pay. The screen links are not working. If I touch the screen to enter the unit number, it exits and I am back on home page. No one responds or assists. Please email solutions promptly with new links or other ways to pay!
