- Unreliable and emails won't always open

- Inbox doesn't get reliably updated

- App freezes and doesn't take users to the site

- Settings icon and help button are almost off the screen

- Requires tedious process of entering password every time

- Email-in-progress is deleted if app times out or user gets a phone call

- Notifications don't work after iOS 11 update

- Unreliable system

- Obsolete and should be banned from the App store

- Constantly loses connection and crashes when sending emails

- Clunky and slow web interface

- Does not log on and doesn't give any direction as to why

- Slow with updates to the app

- Buggy and unresponsive

- Takes forever to load and doesn't load all messages at startup

I has installed first class on android phone, but when I enter login details there is no further action. I have added my LEA address (fc.oldhamlea.org.uk) in the top text box...
