How to fix ScanMe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ScanMe app on iPhone
Update ScanMe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ScanMe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ScanMe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ScanMe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ScanMe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ScanMe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ScanMe App
1. On android, goto Settings » ScanMe » click [Force Stop]

Update ScanMe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ScanMe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ScanMe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ScanMe.

Fix ScanMe unable to contact server/ ScanMe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ScanMe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ScanMe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
