After reading the reviews, I should have known better but I tried the “go” app. Entered my log in info and that is as far as I could go. Froze up and would t take me to the site. Settings icon and help button are almost off the screen. Tried to download first lass mobile also. Won’t even allow me to download FirstClassGO . Keeps telling me to double click bu I have an iPhone 10. I fear this company is going out of business.

I don't like having to go through the tedious process of entering my password every single time. If my thumbprint unlocks my phone and my bank account app, it should unlock my work email app.

If I'm in the process of composing an email, and it times out and logs me out, or I get a phone call, my email-in-progress is deleted and I have to start over. Highly inconvenient.

Worked great until iOS 11. Now I can’t get my notifications to work at all. I have tried everything to completely restoring my phone and I still can’t get notifications from FirstClassGO. Very disappointed.

Unreliable system.

If it was 1929 and internet wasn't even invented then I would give FirstClassGO 5 stars... However, it is 2015 and this AOL inspired obsolete disgrace to any iOS device should be banned from FirstClassGO store! I would go so far as the people (devs) responsible for this dumpster fire, to pay out to all those who have suffered the pain of not only trying to use FirstClassGO, but just looking at their life being wasted with every second using what all would regard pure garbage app! If it wasn't for owning an iPad, I would have spit on the screen and run it over with my car... no that would use gas and FirstClassGO is not worth even that! devs you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

OpenText should be ashamed of Firstclass. Their apps are consistently the worst I have ever used and Firstclass Go on iOS is no exception. Constantly loses connection and can't automatically log you back in. Crashes about half the time I try to send an email. Clunky and slow web interface. Literally every other email app is better than this. Pull it together and copy or buy any other email app. This is inexcusable. My company is stuck on Firstclass proprietary servers so I am unfortunately stuck using this terrible app on a daily basis.

Does not log on, and doesn't give any direction as to why. I really hate how slow these people are with updates to FirstClassGO .

The only other option is the old app, and that is a buggy mess on my 6+. Thought that a new version would be better, I should have known better. This is the same company who likes to stack icons on top of one another so you can never trust what you see.

App is horrible! It's unresponsive and sin intuitive like the last version. It takes forever to load (iphone 5s) and doesn't load all of the messages at startup. It's just horrible. Wish I could go back to the last version. It wasn't as "pretty" but it worked flawlessly.

I didn't think it was possible to make an email app that was worse than the original First Class client, but they proved me wrong. It struggles to load emails, rarely opens them and constantly has unclearable notifications.

FirstClassGO makes it impossible to check my work email. It takes forever to sign in and open an email. My iOS is updated, so the problem isn't with my phone or iPad. Pointless app to have because it doesn't work.

FirstClassGO won't even let me log in -- either on my Samsung Galaxy 5 or on my iPad Air -- and I'm standing in the school building next to a wireless transmitter. I've reinstalled several times on each device with no improvement. Very frustrating.

It just does not allow you to log in. And the times that you can login it's very hard to even tap on an email to read it. This is a horrible app and sadly I need it but can't use it.

Works but unreliable. Emails won't always open. Notification shows new mail but the inbox doesn't get reliably updated. Would not recommend.

Works great but you have to make sure your server is up to date before FirstClassGO will work :)

I cannot understand the logic of releasing this in its current state. Too many bugs and problems to list. It is long past time for OpenText to devote real resources to the iOS app.

FirstClassGO has reached a new level of sucky.... FirstClassGO is far worse than the original and much less functional.

The reviews are correct. It's the same lay out as if I logged in from the district website.

Works fine on my iPad but doesn't work on my iPhone.

Doesn't work. Hit login and the wheel spins and just times out.

Can't get beyond login page. Nothing happens.
