Flipkart - Online Shopping App Reviews

I live in USA and use Flipkart for last 3 years to send gifts etc to families n friends. Recently I returned an item and decided to keep credit amount in the this app app so I can apply the credit to future purchases.
I have been trying to purchase an item and apply the credit portion towards that purchase.
When I select giftcard / credt , it says enter OTP (one time password) sent to my USA phone numbee. Its been two days this app never sent me OTP. I think the company stole my money. To me the amount is only around Rs.2,000. But if they steal this much from customers outside India, is definitely to look into this scam.
So, be careful if you are choosing to accept credit when returning a product.

Currently it’s doing fine in Cities but to be different and to be unique in the market and also to be more people friendly, it has expand its services to rural parts as well. It’s understandable it can’t be delivered small priced item as it exceeds price of item compare to delivery cost but at least for the services above 3k or 5K even with extra delivery cost service has to be available. India is nation of villages, many people want to services but unfortunately it’s unavailable. Any retail company which acquires trust of rural India, it will reach to new heights. So please expand your limits.

A person named Aashish came for pick-up of my return and I ordered fitness band only instead he was asking me for the whole watch and did not took my return. Hiring illiterate people and then blaming the customers is not the correct way of gesture. After giving proofs that I only ordered band he still blamed that whole watch is missing. If delivery agent cannot understand the proofs then what is the use of hiring them. This is kind of trouble for customers. Aashish even called someone and asked that person also said that “don't take the order” if watch is missing. This is not the way of misunderstanding your customers when person itself don't have enough information.

Every time I scroll through my wish list and click on any item to take a closer look or check details and then click back button to navigate back to wish list, the page takes me back to the top instead of the spot where I stopped and clicked on the item. This is very annoying as I have to scroll back all the way down every time. This is noticed on the iOS version of Flipkart .

So this company has come a long way because of cosumers like me. But when you face a problem, these people just turn their back. It has happened to ke twice already that they wouldn’t ever try to solve your problem. This time they are telling the my cannot pick up the item for return from the location they delivered to. What is this stupid logic?? We called them some 20 times but they don’t even intend to solve your problem. You tweet, they ask you to come to direct message and then their support team just ignores you. What a service you people are giving. All the best for your future without customers like me.

I have a major issue with my account, my brother received a package from this app that mentioned I ordered and they received it too it was COD, it was an pink panty, i didnt ever orders kind of things , when i check the link it shows like that order places from my name,

Need to fix it soon

It’s basically no returns policy. Ordered a entertainment center, which was already damaged, called this app many times. I requested the same product back and also called them the same day the product was installed. But they refused. Just be careful with these people. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but was informed that there is no supervisor working.
I am stuck with a damaged entertainment center.

As of now I have a very smooth journey with this app both buying and returns. High quality products. But they have to cautious for some sellers who just sell the product without any quality assurance. If they can’t make the product as this app assured they should remove those products from their app.

This is a first app ever to which I am giving one star. Wish I could give -5! I purchased gift items online, made the payment. Next thing I know without my permission or the seller telling me, my order was canceled. When I contacted this app, I was told that they will solve the issue in 48 hours. Next thing, I received an email asking me to provide a copy of my Indian identification proof. This is absurd!! I made a mistake to make a purchase on this app. Never again! Amazon’s gain. Will recommend all my friends & family to discard this app.

We get practically every kitchen and home need by just ordering on-line - saving us the bother of motoring to stores, checking and haggling prices at the grocer’s.
With this app we have been saved this bother. The quality is uniformly good even for veg and fruit, and the prices are most reasonable. Thank you, this app👍🏼

Instead of “Big Billion days” I saw “BIg Billion Day”. Note the capital “I” and singular “Day”

Plus, instead of the word “doubt”, use the word “question” that is, instead of “Have doubts about this product” use “Have questions about this product”

Recently I purchased couple of items and paid online. Waited for delivery more then the time they specified . Later I found status was delivered. Surprised and called customer care. They said we tried to reach you but we are unable to reach you to deliver . I said I didn’t get any calls can you please resend the item even 20 days later also no response and no money return. It’s happen almost 40 days till now no one responded to me.

I’m not able to open the this app app after the new update! App immediately crashed when I opened the this app app. It was working fine earlier before an update. There must be some bugs in Flipkart please fix it! I want to buy many stuffs please help! :(

Previous experience was good with this app but now it have got more than worst placed orders several times but after making me wait for 20 days got text order has been cancelled due to some unknown reasons.. seriously!!! Now tha hig issue I’m facing is not a single item is available to ship kashmir, I mean they started big billion and offering bundle of offers only show us but we are not able to place order because we are from kashmir. lol shame on you this app

With all the investment pumped to expand the business we as a customer also expect good UI-UX experience especially when using Flipkart on mobile and tablet. There are so many technical glitches which are still pending on your end, at the simplest why does you app not auto rotate the screen orientation. When using a tablet it stays only on portrait mode. This is the simplest feature I am asking at the earliest. Hope you deliver it sooner than later.

Wish I could give them zero or negative stars for their pathetic service. The service support team has no idea about the features on their app. They are rude. And they hang up the call rudely if they do not know the answer to your questions. What’s the point of having a service support team if they don’t know how to do their job. Pathetic people working with such a big corporation.

Getting Something went wrong screen whenever I tap on super coin tab and select use coin segment. After this, even if I switch to other screens like home screen, getting the same message again. Hence, unable to buy any product. Seeing this on ios app version.

Wide collection products with optimum pricing . Moreover , this is the only online site which delivers most of the products with COD to my hometown which is best. Fast delivery and product are always in nice packing.
