Recently I purchased couple of items and paid online. Waited for delivery more then the time they specified . Later I found status was delivered. Surprised and called customer care. They said we tried to reach you but we are unable to reach you to deliver . I said I didn’t get any calls can you please resend the item even 20 days later also no response and no money return. It’s happen almost 40 days till now no one responded to me.

Previous experience was good with Flipkart but now it have got more than worst placed orders several times but after making me wait for 20 days got text order has been cancelled due to some unknown reasons.. seriously!!! Now tha hig issue I’m facing is not a single item is available to ship kashmir, I mean they started big billion and offering bundle of offers only show us but we are not able to place order because we are from kashmir. lol shame on you Flipkart
Tech Glitches

With all the investment pumped to expand the business we as a customer also expect good UI-UX experience especially when using the app on mobile and tablet. There are so many technical glitches which are still pending on your end, at the simplest why does you app not auto rotate the screen orientation. When using a tablet it stays only on portrait mode. This is the simplest feature I am asking at the earliest. Hope you deliver it sooner than later.
