After trying to buy 3 times something from your website and getting a confirmation order the 3 times, just to realize later that my order has Being canceled without giving me any notice I’m supremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of your Website. The first time customer service told me I got something wrong in my credit card info... so they just blocked the purchase without giving me or my bank any notice. So I didn’t got my things that I specifically pid rushed since I needed them. The second 2 times I used a different card and doubled checked the info with 2 other people doing the purchase with me. Same history, I get the confirmation email but when checking in Shopbop , the order is rejected... here it comes the best part: I call customer service and the person in the phone tells me: they are all in a meeting so they can not help you now....

It is hard to believe that you are a serious business after all my attempts to get something from your website. You have a terrible way of communicating with your clients, and a really slow and not competent customer service. After this terrible experience I’m just rating you 0 in every platform or review that I can find and telling all the people about this awful experience. I know maybe it’s not a lot, but reputation is something that you should definitely care, at least care more than what you care of customer experience.

Your app drives me crazy I’ll be browsing through a search I made, with filters and such, and all of a sudden one of your dumb pop-ups appears on the bar on the top of the page, which is so easy to click on by accident when you’re scrolling...so without fail it happens and then I can’t get back to where I was because there’s no back button, and I have to do my search all over again and find my place. It is unbelievably frustrating. I don’t want to see your Calvin Klein underwear sale!!!!! and I don’t want to look at your so called must-have’s!!! I want to continue browsing what I was browsing to shop for. Pop ups and advertisements are meant to drive customers on news sites etc to *your* website. I’m already there. Or you advertise your curated sales in a section of the home page. So poorly designed and difficult to use. I’m a loyalist who shops online all the time. Your app is annoying to use for other reasons but this problem is most glaring. FIX THIS!

Well , I’ve spent bunch of money one shopping on this app, and last nite I made wrong order I was trying to cancel some items. I called the customer service many times , no body pick up! Then I emailed them , they told me they have to wait the warehouse get back to them , I canceled a order before , I never been told I have to wait for warehouse get back , then they can cancel it ! Then I called them , a guy picked it up , he was showing attitude and very very rude , almost yelled at me , he didn’t solve any problems, and hang up! This morning I called them again, I just realized I been blocked on the phone assist system, now they don’t ship my order , and they don’t get my money back either ! ! I never thought I would get this treatment from them !all my good experiences have been ruined by that guy ! 🙃

I would give zero star if I could.

I got the most terrible customer service ever experienced. They are quick when you are trying to buy stuff, but super slow and not responsive when you try to return items.

I sent multiple emails, tried the online customer service but still could not my return order sorted out and my money back. I got promise from customer service that everything is taken care of. But this is a lie and nothing is done.

Returned to my review to say that Shopbop won’t allow you to get notifications unless you allow Banners. I don’t use banners because they block my directions on Google maps and distract my driving. Please fix this & allow me to get Lock Screen notifications only. Crazy to have this setting

Huge fan of this app, great high quality products and huge selection, and returns and shipping are easier than basically any other site I’ve used. I’ve bought almost all of my clothes there for the past 5 years. Just came here to say that the sort and filter options have stopped working on My Hearts recently—-please fix thanks!

I love this app’s clothes, they way the site is designed makes it easy and clear to shop. Everything is great up until you need to return or exchange. If you’re living in the Middle East, you can’t do your returns on Shopbop itself like other sites. You need to do it manually and email them to receive documents etc. long process that deters me from using them more often.

The this app app is the best app I have. Period. It’s so intuitive and easy to use, they have great search features, great lookbooks, and they make the checkout process a breeze. I love the heart feature and best seller list. I pretty much only shop on this site because they make it so dang easy.

Two suggestions/ reasons for the 4 and not 5. They don’t allow you to review products on Shopbop . I would not be surprised if this was partially by design but reviews are so helpful in deciding size so it’s a bummer they don’t allow reviews on Shopbop bc I think it means significantly less of them. And second request is for the ability to share you “heart” list. Right now you can share your wish list, but would be great to expand this feature to hearts.

Clean cut interface. Very user friendly - I was able to find what I wanted quickly. Slightly limited selection but I don’t mind that because it makes deciding on things way faster when not faces with so many options. It’s annoying that the promo codes will apply and then when you go to checkout it often says that you can’t use it in your country or some other limitation, and then I have to go back to enter another one. Also, I think it could be improved by adding a video of the product like how Nordstrom and Zappos does!

I love shopping at this app. They have a great choice and good sales. Also I love the way that every product is shown on a model to have some idea of size and how will it look in you. Great app! Highly recommend!
P.S. all the people complaining about Shopbop - better check your internet connection. Shopbop itself works great!

Not only do they offer prime two-day shipping but their mix of high/mid-range brands is impressive. Also Shopbop is so easy to navigate — something a lot of clothing stores/websites forget about. Plus you get extra discounts with Shopbop and reminders as to when my favorites go on sale is an added perk! ♥️

I’m also a huge fan of ShopStyle for their features (sale and back in stock alerts) and this app is my second all time fave.

Love the different categories like trends and must haves. It’s super easy to navigate and even easier to checkout.

Whoever designed Shopbop struck gold. I’m a return customer!

Only one suggestion: I would love to have the option to request a product that it’s out of stock.... I don't see that option to request it or ask for a special order. Thanks this app! :)

I’d probably do less returns if I had more information from customers about the merchandise. I’d like feedback on fit, comfort, value, etc.. Especially helpful when a reviewer describes their own build or feet. Couldn’t really care less about how many compliments. Just sayin’. Otherwise, love the site! Buy most of my clothes from this app and I get LOTS of compliments!

Love the company, love the fact that you don’t have to click on an item to see multiple views, love everything about this app really - but this is a blatant oversight that needs to be fixed. It makes sense now why only 0.001% of their products have reviews - which is extremely annoying!

Love the interface, ease of shopping. Especially how you don’t have to open an item when browsing to see all the photos. Promo codes are easy to enter. Love that when you go into an item and then leave that items page it returns to the same place you scrolled to. Easy to sort and filter. All around great app.

I ❤️❤️❤️the this app app. I have been a customer for a long time and while they carry some of the best styles of women’s clothing at all price points they really out did themselves with Shopbop . Here’s what I love - you can swipe and see all the photos within the scroll you don’t have to click through. I also like when you do click on it you can go back and it takes you right back where you were in the list. Check out is super easy. The only thing I would change is to not put a cap on my hearts 🤣 I have run out of space on that. 🤣

I’ve never thought I’d trust buying online! But when I did use this app I got addicted and satisfied every time I receive a package!
The only issue I faced was colors not matching the picture and I told customer service about it and they were very helpful and appreciated the feedback.
I still use Shopbop and I started buying for my own daughters 😁

I recently discovered this app & I’m glad I did. Shopbop is pretty seamless and easy to navigate. My orders have all come wickedly fast. I purchased FL&L earrings and was relieved to see they were carefully wrapped in the box. My only suggestions to better Shopbop would be able to have custom searches saved (ex: “my size”) so you don’t have to refiler it every time. Not necessary, of course, but it would be nice! :)

Shopbop is literally my best go to for clothing. They have a wide variety of items that are versatile. Not to mention, they have tons of on trend stuff. (They really do keep up with the times) I love how fast there shipping is. Also, if you have any questions, you are always able to call customer support. I love how helpful there customer support team is.

Super fast shipping. I've literally gotten stuff the next day and not paid for any sort of rush shopping. The models / merchandise are not overly photoshopped so you can actually see and get a real feel for what the clothing would look in person. Competitive pricing. I just wish they ran more % off promotions.
