It took all my winnings and it goes back to home page and then I lost all my winnings

Loads fine plays fine until I get an attack or raid then it freezes I have to reload the game I’m losing so many dice cash etc as it does not give them when it freezes
When i open the app my screen just automatically goes to Kingdom news and says to accept dice from newly joined players, the issue is i still cannot play this game when there’s not a single option available at site that says to close or minimize page Numerous attempts have been made trying to fix the game i even go as far as uninstalling it not once but twice and guess what? it goes back to doing the same. I need answers by tomorrow morning. Naka!
I am not being offered all of the opportunities the game has to offer, even after updating it. Yes, my phone has sufficient memory.

April 9th 2023 I ordered a package from there for $4.27 and I didn't get the benefits from that either and tonight 4:18 I ordered one for $1.99 and I didn't get it either so I need these people put on my account or give me my money back my money come from time account my card number would be ending in 4016 so please contact me back thank you
Error code 255 7 days in a row did update and cleared cache still have error code
I only get 1 advertisement to see once every 4 hours and then I get only 2 dice to roll. I usually got 10 or 12 points for every advertisement.... Could you solve this please?

I just downloaded it on a new phone and it when it starts before you can roll the dice the whole town and everything is just smoking with clouds of smoke coming up and it just goes good straight up to where you buy to build a house and the mallet stays back and then it all goes up there but nothing happen

When I got to the introduction for the card albums (world 12) it won't play the video, says something about it not being available and to try later but it won't let me skip or proceed with the game either.
