3 times I have changed my password 50 times at least your catcha , it doesn’t work

I find the app on the telly doesn't work after a while, just a spinning wheel. To fix this, you just need to force stop the app, and run again. Must be a cache issue.

Every fortnight to a month the app stops working, assume memory cache problem, occurred with older Samsung but have a year old Samsung A13 & can only be fixed by uninstallation & re-installation!

The GB News app only plays live shows. Catch up shows don't play. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app several times but still not working. This problem started about 7 Dec 23.

Hi, 2 queries the use on a regular basis of using God's name in vain it's very upsetting & offensive to me & many other Christian persons . I love gb news I've watched it since the start but this distressed me deeply there is no need for it.you always pull people for swearing but the God phrase is ignored. The 2nd issue is when is can Wootton coming back I really like Patrick Christy but he doesn't fit the 9pm slot, my world has never been the same since dan has been dropped there is something special missing I will take my concern to off com if my 1st issue is not addressed I await a reply @ your earliest convenience yours sincerely eileen

Dear GBnews, I have had the GB News app on my iPhone for several months now. I sometimes watch programmes on my phone, but usually on my laptop or TV. But I still use the iPhone to keep track of what is happening and read some items. However, yesterday the app started playing a short piece of music every time something was posted. The same piece of music that is played often during the breaks. I don't know why it has suddenly started to do this, AND I cannot see how to turn it off. And if it doesn't go quiet again I will have to offload the app from my phone as I cannot have it doing that. As I say, I mainly watch the programmes every evening on my laptop or TV, but like to have the App on my phone. Can you help me with this please? Thank you, Sheila Banks

My gb news continually freezes, I am watching on my iPad through a vpn and the app.

GB News has stopped working for the past two weeks on my iPhone 13. It has been reloaded several times. It seems the issue is pop/up ads appearing at the bottom of the screen. It is not possible to close them and then open the main content

Perhaps GBnews should employ a random 12year old youtuber who never seem to have this many problems broadcasting to the world.

Frustration at poor streaming quality to iPhone. Carried out latest updates but service only runs for a few minutes and then freezes continually.

Trying to watch the live stream via the GB News app but it just keeps freezing. Never used to have this problem but it is unwatchable now. No other problems with other live apps. The YouTube channel’s live stream works fine.

I cant seem to start your livestream from your webpage. It was working fine until just this past weekend. nothing but a blank screen on you start window now. I can still watch Mark Steyn on his webpage but i also enjoyed watching Dan Wooten , Nigel Farage and others. I hope Americas Big Tech has not "canceled" you here! If they have i hope you fight back! I hope to see you again real soon..I was a fairly regular viewer. Dont lose Mark Steyn!

Installed the GB News app on Roku; able to navigate to different programs within GB, but then GB freezes and would not get to an exit button. Now cannot get back to Roku home screen. Reset Roku devise but GB News app is still on (could not get to exit GB News). Please advise, thanks

I used to be able to watch GB News on digital 236 but now it works perfectly for 2 minutes then freezes. Can I avoid this - if not I just cannot watch the only decent station on British television. I am in Wiltshire and have had a new aerial fitted to the house and retuned about 8 times in 2 months. Everything else works just fine. HELP!

I bought a fire stick so we could watch GB news, I down loaded the APP from Amazon. It had been working fine for months but the last few weeks it has been unwatchable due to the constant freezing and the wheel of death. Every other site works with no problem just a fault with GB news . I have unloaded and reloaded followed all the advice to get it working but it still continues to freeze. I am very frustrated at this point.

What on earth is going on with your Android application?...Simply freezes after a minute or two with a circle..Everything else is working ok on tv/firestick... Its my only available way of watching GB News...As its clearly a widespread problem please get it sorted and let us know as Ive now for the moment given up trying to watch your channel Update...Recorded programmes seem to work ok its just the live stream

Black screen on laptop browsers Opera and Firefox and also YouTube on 8 June, even with disabled ad blocker. Odd that I get the pre-loading ads, though.

For no apparent reason I cannot open GBnews live with the app on my iPad. I can play recorded past GBnews programs, it will not play live programs.

The app on my iphone went black so I deleted it and went to the app downloads to reload. It says it is not available in my country or region. My software is up to date. 15.5 My Apple account is in the uk ( re entered all this just in case) . Lost!!

I am unable to watch this app anymore as it constantly stops after a minute or two, with a red circle in the middle. All other apps work fine. Unloading and reloading the app doesnt fix it.

Been using the GB Android App on firestick for many months ..last few days as the previous poster its started locking after about a minute with continuous red circle..no probems before and all other android channels working ok

My GB news was working fine but now loads works for about 2 minutes, then freezes with a red circle just circling. I only have this problem with GB news, o other channels at all.
