The worst bank app I have ever used when it comes to the “Forgot username/login” feature. Even when all of the right information is submitted, it’ll still come up with an error & will lock me out of my account. Always have to end up calling to regain access. The rest of SunCommunityFCU ’s features are fine but what’s the point if it I can’t even sign in

Not a very professional bank. There are a couple of great tellers at the bank. Nice people, but could improve on their professional skills. The only reason I bank with them is because it’s close to my house. If I didn’t have an auto loan with them, I would have closed my accounts. I will most likely close them once my balance is low enough to pay the loan.

Every time I tap "Enroll With Zelle" I get an error message. The description said to click transfer during the enrollment process for Zelle but it's nowhere to be found. I had received $100 through Zelle but I can not accept the money because this is preventing me from doing so. I really need help ASAP.

While most other credit unions have had mobile deposit for years, Sun Community still lags behind. Just because we are from a smaller community credit union, mobile deposit would make things much easier for those of us who have moved and still do our banking with Sun Community.

It would be efficient if we could chat with an agent if we have concerns or questions. When calling the call center wait times are long. Most people have jobs and it makes it difficult to get a hold of an agent during normal business hours ( work days).

Just don’t like it as much as previous version. This is harder to read. Please take into consideration that I graduated from High School. With highest honors in the top of the bottom 25. I did the 6 year program cause I wanted to. Just kidding. Ok so numbers should be in RED as a withdrawn and when money is deposited it should be green. My only beef.

Easy to use, except when selecting pay bill option from main menu it does not work.

SunCommunityFCU is so convenient. It has helped me so much in my day to day life. It has saved me countless trips to the ATM and to the bank. I love SunCommunityFCU and wouldn’t know what I would do without it.

SunCommunityFCU is quick and easy to use. It is very intuitive as well. I particularly like the deposit check feature. The staff are very helpful in setting it up on your computer and then downloading it onto your phone. Thank you Sun Community FCU.

SunCommunityFCU is easy friendly and works for me when I don't have time to do business in the bank . It allows me to do my banking on the go at home or at work.

I don’t use SunCommunityFCU much but when I do it does everything I need it to do which is check balances and transactions. I can easily transfer money between all accounts hassle free.

I am very pleased to share with you that SCFCU is my favorite banking institution. I have used other US banks with some negative experiences. That has not been the case with SCFCU. When anything “wrong” has happened, tellers and managers have been able to resolve the situation in my favor, regardless of whether I am in the US or away. Thank you, SCFCU!

I like the fact that you can use SunCommunityFCU instead of having to login on a desktop since I’m usually on the go. Very user friendly!! Love the last update done. Keep up the good work!!

The service is user-friendly, fast and easy! If you request customer service assistance, just send an email and you will get a response back within 24 hours.

Really hope out to check and move your money in your accounts instead of going or call your local branch. Wish there was more theme layouts but it okay. Thanks for having a app Sun Community Bank.

Bill Pay feature does not work when I need to use it.

Over the last few months SunCommunityFCU has gotten better. It’s not pausing or hesitating in completing the task.

App is working out well. Features has been better.

For months I cannot take pictures of checks I want to deposit. I notified the bank employees several times but they don’t seem to care. I am constantly to change to another bank. Poor customer Service.

Love that I can virtually do all of my banking. I can check my balance, do transfers between my accounts, send money to friends, mobile check deposit... etc. basically the only think you can’t do is withdraw or deposit cash, but SCFCU has plenty of ATMs for that. I also love all the notifications available.

SunCommunityFCU is so handy. It saves me so many trips from going to the bank and so many phone calls from questions I may have about my account. I can check my account as much as I want and make transfers immediately. It has the Face ID so I can safely login everytime. If you bank with Sun Community you should download SunCommunityFCU !

Convenient app that lets you check your statements and balances. I would recommend. I really like the latest update to SunCommunityFCU , it looks slick, more intuitive and less clutter.
