when i click on Family Album icon, it “blinks” once and takes me immediately back to iphone page with all my icons - can’t access photos at all!!!!
My family album notification no longer shows a comment section
When I click the link, it consistently takes me to a blank page, it doesn’t connect or link. I have an iphone, anyone know how to fix this ? 🤷🏻♀️

Hi, I’ve been using your app now for well over 2 years since my first daughter was an infant and I’ve had the premium version just as long! However, lately for my mom it won’t upload all her photos that she chooses. She keeps getting a message that says “some photos/videos have failed to upload” and sometimes some will upload and sometimes none!! But she used to be able to upload up to 250 photos at a time!! Now she can’t even do 10! Please we love your app so much and it has made sharing and keeping photos of my 2 precious girls so easy and accessible! But we don’t know why this is happening! It’s only happening for my mom! She’s tried resetting her Chache settings, shutting off her phone, and even deleting and re-downloading the app to no avail! You’re our last hope!! So we truly hope you can help! Thank you so much for your time!
All albums prior to November 2018 are empty
When I open the app it immediately clicks out of the app
Opening the app I get could not find an album, need an invite from a parent. I am the parent who sent out all the invites in the first place. Has something happened?
I can’t open the app. It opens for a split second then it kicks me out of the app completely
Am not able to view past photos from previous months. Have clicked on the month but loading wheel never stops. And now the app is frozen/hung. Very frustrating, disappointing and serious moments lost trying to share with family and friends who now have to leave… 😖😫
