Shareit app on my ipod has stopped working cant play music or wont play music now. I open music file tap music it opens but then a ad is there as well i tap play an its like it frozen screen.

Shareit on my iPhone XS sends info to my PC but cannot receive it. Like music and so on, it’s been like this for months. I have nothing on my phone, what can I do to fix this issue ? I’ve tried everything, resetting my location, internet settings on both pc and phone, tried using the the hotspot tethering. That doesn’t work either, it this the app not allowing apple users to use it efficiently anymore or what? It’s making my life miserable, listening to absolute nonsense on the radio. Help me. Please.

How to fix SHAREit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SHAREit app on iPhone
Update SHAREit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SHAREit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SHAREit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SHAREit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SHAREit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SHAREit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SHAREit App
1. On android, goto Settings » SHAREit » click [Force Stop]

Update SHAREit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SHAREit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SHAREit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SHAREit.

Fix SHAREit unable to contact server/ SHAREit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SHAREit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SHAREit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SHAREit
