Can't l;og in to the Xfinity app or My Account app. User name and password are correct. They both just go back to the log-in screen after password is entered. I have already deleted and reinstalled both apps.

How to fix Xfinity Connect app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Xfinity Connect app on iPhone
Update Xfinity Connect app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Xfinity Connect iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Xfinity Connect on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Xfinity Connect network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Xfinity Connect Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Xfinity Connect not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Xfinity Connect App
1. On android, goto Settings » Xfinity Connect » click [Force Stop]

Update Xfinity Connect to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Xfinity Connect App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Xfinity Connect » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Xfinity Connect.

Fix Xfinity Connect unable to contact server/ Xfinity Connect internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Xfinity Connect » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Xfinity Connect » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xfinity Connect
