I'm missing a lot of music albums. You never replaced them. What's going on am I getting A refund for my albums I purchased. Taking your record. If I don't have my music.

Music Center will not completely download. No way to transfer music to mp3 device. 3 different Sony help desk reps could not resolve the issue.

Sony music centre won't start on my pc, worked for months, then stopped and gives me a blank screen, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. No effect. I have 40 gigs of music I can't access nor can I transfer anything to my walkman, please help.
