I have been using the myMail app on my iPhone SE for my Tiscali emails for many months without any problems but now I can not sign in to my Tiscali emails.

The app is unable to send messages. It does receive them though. This is very urgent. I need to send messages.

I have been using MyMail for years on my iPad and iPhone and I love it. The feature I particularly love is that I can see all Unread mail in one place, even though the mail is actually sorted into different folders on arrival. But lately it has started showing me all the 1,554 emails which are in my Sync Issues/Conflicts folder on the server. This folder is hidden in my Outlook app because it is of no interest. Why has MyMail suddenly taken an interest in it?

Receiving emails, but cannot send any out. States: 530 5.7.0 must issue a STARTTLS command first. What is this and how to correct it, have tried to sign on again, no difference, HELP

The app is receiving emails, but when I try to send an email it states that there is an error one side on the notification and retry the other side- but when you try to press the retry the same notification error come up.

WONT LET ME SEND E-MAILS

There was a common problem a few weeks back I believe. My version of it asked me to confirm my Virgin Media account which I haven't held for 3 years now. It seemed to resolve itself but my restored App has lost a email box I had called Archive. I can still view this online but not via the App. So, it's still there.

mymail refuses to add my Hotmail account to its list no explanation and all I get from the help is where working on it then a request for screenshots and info either they know theres a problem or they don't

Server Error, Please fix

I can receive emails, but the just states 'updating emails' and then hangs there for at least a half an hour until I get thoroughly frustrated and close the whole thing down. I deleted the storage and cache, then uninstalled it, reinstalled it and it still doesn't work.

Won't sign me in says either my email or password is incorrect. But they aren't.

I've used myMail for two accounts: Gmail and Netvision. Today it claimed "connection error". I uninstalled it, and then reinstalled my Mail. It refused to connect my Gmail, telling me Google has put a limit on how many applications and my is beyond the limit. I succeeded to connect myMail to Netvision. However, when I want to delete messages - they appear immediately again. I have Android on Galaxy S9+. What can I do?

I cannot add a new address because the app says name or password are wrong, but they are not. I tried with others apps and everything works fine. What's the problem?

This is Dec 31st I haven’t gotten on my myMail app since the 28th

When I receive an email, and there are picture in the main body of the email, all I get is an outline of a box and a ? Mark in the centre, I can find nothing to make the pictures appear? But if i use another email client, I get all the pic’s. Can you help me please? Cheers. Glyn

Old messages in folders will not delete. Why?

No new mail since Oct 26. Forced a stop, cleared cache. Still not working.

Suddenly not working. Will not retrieve emails verified to be waiting on the server. Reinstallation didn't make any difference.

Since the 8 Octobre I can only access cached messages. I deleted app and reinstalled to no avail. The application says it has no access to internet, however every other application has no problems. Is the application Russian based? Putine has cut the lines?

Yahoo just stopped a couple weeks ago. No where to sign. HELP!!!! This also happened a few months ago. I can't remember how I fixed it I do know it took me hours to figure out

The app has crashed and won’t allow me to open emails, I just keep getting the message on screen saying app has crashed.
