I use google mail at this time, however I now have MyMail operating on my phone, and I do not know how this happened. It keeps asking for access to my address file, which I refuse. Am I being charged for this MyMail, which I do not want? May I ask for your assitance in how to remove it from my phone? Respectfully, William T Maroney 256-374-4717.

I cannot login anymore since today. Maybe the update does that. I already deleted and reinstalled the app on my ipad but it still wont let me log in. Even after filling the single-use code in it says>cannot sign as dlanor44@redacted

I have had my phone totally took over by MyMail.com. I have no idea who or how this was put on my phone however I cannot use my phone with it. Can You please tell me how to get rid of this? I will anticipate a timely response. Thank You.

Two weeks ago I bought a new phone and downloaded your app again because it works fine. But now I get advertising banners on every turn on, which I didn't see before. Because? How can I take them off?

Hello it Phouphet Sisouphanh I had something ask repost about not safe last night and couple weeks ago I just heard about give out my Email phone blocked my account number and please I need to check on ID photo before gives out information it my namber and ymail account please do u not email me or call text my phone it shut down because give out information I had all 3 Gmail account stolen try remember it my phone number 3302010349 please don’t not give out my information namber again please don’t call my phone it shut down

New interface is slow and freezes

The new interface is horrible, slow and not effective. With several mail accounts previously with a touch you coludo see what emails you had with just one look, now is horrible, you need to slide the finger for each account in the circles that correspond for each account. Imagine this as an old 35mm film where if you wanted a specific frame you went directly to see it, each frame is one email account, in this fictitious example. Now you are obligated as to see all the movie to find just one frame, in this case each time you want to check the emails of one account you need to slide all other accounts HORRIBLE! Bad design. I used MyMail for years and it was a master piece now is not as optimal as before. Also I note it has some freezes, or lags when you have dozens of accounts, previously it was fast, you opened the application and the mails were there immediately, now you open a time and there is a lag time or freeze until the app comes alive and when you navigate between accounts also there are lags or freezes and you need to wait to have the control of the app. Why destroy something it was beautiful? I don’t know but it happened. I will see other options of email managers now.

One missing feature makes it useless!

This app is so beautifully designed. The colors, fonts and spacing are perfectly pleasing and great to work with. It’s a pleasure to use, except for one glaring flaw which the developer just apparently does not see as being important, because people have been requesting it forever, yet he just refuses to provide it... Every email app worth using allows you to have a “unified” inbox, but for some bizarre reason, this app still does not. So if you have more than one email account, which everybody does these days, (I have 7 that I have to manage), it means you will have to constantly swipe back-and-forth, back-and-forth all day long in order to constantly check the inboxes of all your accounts. I just seriously cannot understand the point of this. What a shame. By simply giving the users a unified inbox, this app could easily outshine some of the big players in the market. But without it, it never will.

Used for years, but the same problems were never resolved

I have been using this app for more than five years and I have the same problems that, despite repeated attempts at contacting support, have never been resolved. I use the app (always the latest version) on both an iPhone and an iPad (running the latest operating systems). Whenever I delete an email on one device, I have to manually delete it from the second device, as well. My email account does not sync so that it matches on both devices. I have contacted support about this many times, only to be told to send logs and screenshots. They never have been able to fix it. Also, my application badge notifications always show one more email than I actually have received. (For example, the badge will show 2 when I only have received 1 new email.) These problems have gone on for so long, I got used to them. But I’ve recently discovered other apps - like Outlook - don’t have these issues.
