Return Services are very Bad
Not so helpful. And products are limited
An exchange of a product is taking them for than 10 days which is ridiculous. I have mailed them about it too but no use. Please do not use Snapdeal
Unpredictable shopping site with full of bugs, failures, issues and 3/5 orders fail always, in spite of valid payment options, and weird redirections, no error messages on UI in spite issues, irrelevant emails about random verifications, need weeks yo refund, poor support team who hardly understand technical issues, and inefficient leadership team who hardly cares customer issues without responsibility. I bet it will be shutdown soon.
Well after I entered 6 different mobile numbers I still didn't have a valid one. So I never used Snapdeal

I am using your old version this app for iPad which hasn’t updated for a year. I complained about it but no one even realised what i was talking about. And here i found another this app app which was updated 3 weeks ago. Do you realize how many people may still use that archaic app of your’s and stopped shopping from you?

I din't come across crashes and i'm on iOS 9.2. App navigation is good and intuitive. However, product details view could be a bit better and more informative.
Overall, Snapdeal is good and provides good online shopping experience.
