Hey you, I had purchased a costly liberty shoe, but delivered some old shoes and cardboards etc. The order ID is 48771146623, when I tried to return refund, it says particular product is not delivering the pin code, the how the courier man drop this to me, when you ought to return money you have bloody excuses, And you are not fooling an average sense / brain, with bedridden over 5 years, suffering from severe Anxiety over 8 and a half years. Since yesterday evening I am trying to talk one of the executives, but no body become professional till this minute, Due to severe Anxiety 24 hours no sleep food liquid gone inside, the moment anything goes in, it started vomiting, kindly give a call on 9846492676 / 9497654675., don't know images attachable or no, I ;ll sent through mail. I am not sending for your sympathy, but need to deal with my smoothly in future.

Unpredictable shopping site with full of bugs, failures, issues and 3/5 orders fail always, in spite of valid payment options, and weird redirections, no error messages on UI in spite issues, irrelevant emails about random verifications, need weeks yo refund, poor support team who hardly understand technical issues, and inefficient leadership team who hardly cares customer issues without responsibility. I bet it will be shutdown soon.
