- Have to go through vet to have personal or pet information changed

- Issues with updating profile or information

- Have to send in a request for any little thing you want changed

- Didn't have current pet, only recently deceased pet showing up

- Can't find any way of adding another pet into the interface

- Developers don't care about the concerns of those who use it

- Makes the vet clinics look like fools for using it

I forgot my password and tried to reset, but after several requests, I am not receiving the reset email

To resolve PetPage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the PetPage App
1. On android, goto Settings » PetPage » click [Force Stop]

Clear PetPage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PetPage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PetPage.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PetPage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PetPage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PetPage
