Good afternoon, I have a new phone, a Vivo IQOO 11 and installed the Skrill app. I fill in my credential when I press the login button, I can't login and get the following error message on screen: Password Reset Sorry, we aren't able to reset your password automatically. Please contact us to complete the reset procedure by tapping the question mark (top right). 1. I'm trying to reset my password, I just want to login. 2. There's no question mark at the top of the screen. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache and data, reboot my phone but nothing seems to work. Can you please help me out?
