Won’t let me search any where. Deleting two minutes after I downloaded it.

No idea why because they don’t respond. Very quick to cancel at times yet once it was a half an hour before my appt. No explanation... even at my request by calling multiple phone numbers, emails, text message, voicemail. No response. Simply written off without any explanation whatsoever. I thought nothing of it at first because I figured it was just a glitch or what have you but not across-the-board pleeeez. Take your business to realtors that are hungry for your business.

I keep having to delete HomescomRentalsApartments and resave all the houses go through each one over again

Just got HomescomRentalsApartments have 3 saved searches go click on them and nothing happens 🤔help thanks. You keep giving me Los Angeles don't want that area.

Most of the ads on here were scam artists. No pics, or only pictures of the street view. Saying they can’t give showings due to covid and saying “go look at the outside”

I’ve talked to 2 people about looking into condos, both with really good deals that sounded awesome! Both of them wanted to work through Airbnb and wanted a down payment that was 100% refundable before being able to see the place. So I looked into it and they only want you to pay through bitcoin. Fake Airbnb site with cryptocash, which is not refundable. The “owners” also live across country and don’t actually answer any questions. They just want to deal business to ASAP to get your money. Do not trust any rentals if they want you to deal with it. One person was Anne Sanders, who was in England, and the other person was Mario Ballesteros in Spain. Both of them also had stories like “my daughter lived there for 2 years and decided to move out. So we wanted to rent it”. DON’T DO IT! Don’t trust them if they want to work through Airbnb.

HomescomRentalsApartments seems to only display houses and no apartments which is what I downloaded HomescomRentalsApartments for. So if your apartment hunting try another app would be my suggestion

Filters do not work well, too many “call” for price. Clearly these are out of range, and they flood the map. App is being deleted for one that works.

The pictures? I can never see the pictures of any of the properties. Fix or I’ll just delete app. It’s not that great anyway...

I love that they have so much on HomescomRentalsApartments but there’s a scam being run on one of the properties and there’s no way for me to report it I wish there was because it might work on someone else and I would rather they get shut down so I can trust the other listings

HomescomRentalsApartments looks great but the issue is that the picture won’t load on all of the listings . I click on the picture and it says 10 pictures but just says loading and after 10 min I think it would of loaded if I had slow connection right.

Just downloaded HomescomRentalsApartments so I wouldn’t have to use the web based version and HomescomRentalsApartments crashes and closes every time I try to view the property images. The format is great, if only I could get HomescomRentalsApartments to stay open. Please look into fixing this, thank you.

I’ve been trying to search exclusively for Single Family Homes (a stand alone house), but there’s no way to filter out all homes that are condos, apartments, duplexes, or otherwise attached somehow when you are looking specifically for ONLY a stand alone house. Everything pulls up and it’s a time waster to go through everything looking for what may qualify.

Some apartments I haven't seen show up here… nothing I want since I prefer a house but at least I have hope other apps will find something for me.

I agree with the frustrated guy about small and large dogs. I'm currently staying with 2 little ones of about 15 lbs and a beautiful Siberian Husky who seems standard at around 30-35 lbs. The doorbell rang, the Bichon went nuts, then the Japanese Chin. The Siberian stood quietly by and watched but she made nary a peep. And what's this about breed restrictions? My dog was attacked by a (never restricted breed), I've been bitten twice by (never restricted breeds) and the bitingest breeds are those you'd never expect. My Alaskan Malamute x German Shepherd Dog, often restricted breeds, charmed people (& dogs) afraid of dogs into comfort and petting her. She was 87 lbs at her largest. Not only did she never hurt anyone she sought people who needed comfort. The big ones don't damage floors jumping around barking either.

HomescomRentalsApartments works ok but I'm going to try another and another. I have one of those most discriminated against beasts- a tiny 6 lb fluffy Ragdoll cat.

Seems that all rentals are wanting a small dog. I have a dog that is 95 lbs and she is very sweet and does not tear things up. Seems big dogs get a bad rap and we are having a hard time finding a good rental home.
Doesn’t anyone like big dogs ? Seems it should be on a case by case basis. Not everyone has horrible dogs.
