- Takes forever to connect to New York office, process, and route a call back to me.
- Takes 10 to 12 “rings”on call box finally start routing the call to my phone.
- Most deliveries have given up and left by the time it gets routed.
- Does not work from a locked screen so that guests can open the door without being given access to my email.

The app stopped launching automatically when summoned. It used to automatically launch on my iphone, it no longer does. I now have to manually launch the app. I've tried reinstalling, but still doesn't work. iphone 8. (It works once the app is launched)
The app will not open my gate into the parking lot. My husbands works just fine everytime.
