The app does not work! It will not send me an email to reset my password. Thus issue seems to be a consistent one with your company. Please fix this or lose a customer

The app doesn’t work. I click on it flashes then crashes. Can’t even login in online. I have to reset my password because they said I have to. They sent me an email for that and it doesn’t go through. It just shuts down
