My Nike run club app locks up in the middle of a run. It also has trouble opening .... i have to restart my phone. I have cleared the cache thinking this would help, but it hasn't helped.

Whenever I use the app to walk, it pauses and ultimately cuts out half of my walk. I walked for over 30 mins but it only captured 18 mins.

Hi, I have a problem that has been going on for a few months now and I don't know what to do with it. when I turn on the Nike app everything works fine but when I click on the profile, the app crashes. I tried everything, reinstall, restart the device, download the latest version of ios, but nothing works. Can you please help me, thank you in advance for your reply
