Can not download skechers app on my galaxy tablet

I have downloaded the Skechers app on my android phone but all I am getting is the Logo saying (SKECHERS The comfort Technology Company in gold letter and a black background).

Why is the shoes app not working?? You can see the shoes but when you click on them it wont show you a description or allow you to add to cart or anything! Has been going on for a long time!!
