How to fix Skechers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skechers app on iPhone
Update Skechers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skechers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skechers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skechers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Skechers Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Skechers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Skechers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Skechers » click [Force Stop]

Update Skechers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skechers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Skechers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Skechers.

Fix Skechers unable to contact server/ Skechers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Skechers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Skechers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
