- App has frustrating software on their app for smart devices

- App only allows users to log in from two devices for each bill cycle

- App deactivated user's account with no justification

- App makes users pick only two devices to use the site on

- App blocks users from using the website if they go to look up a question in their search engine on their phone

- App does not allow users to get a second person to answer after the first one

I have been unable to sign into the app since yesterday. I've tried changing password and I still can not get in.

To resolve Chegg Study network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Chegg Study App
1. On android, goto Settings » Chegg Study » click [Force Stop]

Clear Chegg Study App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Chegg Study » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Chegg Study.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Chegg Study » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Chegg Study » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
