My son started road ready to log his time behind the shell before our drive. We just got done with a drive and the app kicked him out and didn’t log his driving time. How does he recover this time and get it logged in Road Ready do thus time is not lost. Thanks Paul 612 910 8013

Same issues as most above. My daughter's page froze we tried resetting the phone, then uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, just for it to state the username or password was incorrect. We then reset the password and was able to get the link to reset password so we know the email/username still is working but can't log in. Need help to fix it have already tried to contact the company with no response and can't get any number to call.

My son’s app has not been recording his drives. App freezes up and kicks him out. Now he uninstalled it and reinstalled it and can’t log back in. We need access to his log so he can take his road test. Please advise. His email is gd83106@redacted. Please help

I reset my phone recently and can’t log back on. The app doesn’t recognize my email or password and nothing I have tried has worked, including reinstalling the app. Clearly i am not the only one this has happened to. How do we fix this? I have 40 hours and I need them for a driving text in a couple months

My daughter has been unable to log in to the app for several days now. She cannot reset her password (even though we know that's not the issue). What does she need to do? If she deletes the app and redownloads it, she will loose the time she's accrued as we can't log-in to print it. We sent an email a few days ago and haven't heard back. Please reply soon. (This is frustrating as it did this with my son 4 years ago so I know not a lot has changed on the app unfortunately.)

Went to start new drive for my child today when we finished shopping and it just keeps moving around and not letting me start a new drive. Rebooted app, rebooted iPhone still having flower going round and round. Any suggestions on how to get working again? Thanks. I’d hate to lose 23 hours.

My app stopped tracking the hours I completed. When I turn on my phone after I have completed a drive it glitches out of the app, I click on the app again and all of hours from the pervious drive reset to 0. How can I fix this so I don’t have to input hours manually.

It logged my son out, doesn't recognize his password, and won't let him reset his password because it doesn't recognize his email address either! We can't access his log and we have an upcoming DMV appointment to get his license. It's disgusting that an app this defective was recommended by my state/county!

My daughters hours are showing up on the app but not the miles she’s drove. How can we fix this????? This app doesn’t seem 100% accurate. I have twins that I drive with all the time but we have drove way more then the app says and we turn it on every time they drive. Is there anything we can do about that?

It will not let me log in & the forgot password option says both possible emails that I might have used are not registered. I’m really pissed that this is happening the day before Im taking segment 2. I had 27 hours and i need 30 so I was almost done:/

I expected better.

At first it was fine, I notified it was lacking some details about the driving besides the time driven and time of day, but that didn’t really matter to me. After a total of 5 hours and 6 minutes, the app crashed. It has been this way for over 2 days and I’ve had to write down the time driven in notes to keep track. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I was really enjoying the convenience of this app despite its flaws already, but to have it crash and not work for days? I mean I tried multiple things, such as the classic reboot of the app and then my phone, I tried signing out and back in only for it to have errors with that as well, so then I deleted the entire app and re-downloaded with the same result as before. Fix this bug please or I’ll use another dmv approved app, maybe one that doesn’t crash with only 5/50 hours logged.

Finally Loaded -Updated

App won’t load after first drive. Looks like it is busy pinging an ad server. I will give you a couple of dollars to get rid of the ads and fix some of the stuff with the application. Update: This app is trash. Feel like this was somebody’s MS/HS coding project, but somehow is the only one accepted by the Colorado DMV! 🤯 This app will not track mileage. Cannot tell what time of day. Never even asks about road conditions. It is basically a glorified timer. There are others that are far superior, but not accepted by my state. Which is really sad. I would like to be able to give my child some actual stats. And I would like it if I wouldn’t have to edit every little thing. Heck even my iPhone knows when I am and am not driving 🤦🏻 Get it together. Or at least get rid of the ads. That money is obviously going straight into your pocket and zero development!

Good but lacks features

I like the app and that it tracks the hours and conditions that my child drives in (although I usually have to edit the weather and road type because it gets it wrong 90 percent of the time) during her permit period. Takes a lot less time than trying to jot it down. My issue is, why doesn’t it actually track and show a map of where she has driven when reviewing the drives? Speed? Altitude? Etc? All these things are very easily added to an app such as this. It would be great to go back and review the route so that if for example two different parents are teaching, We can each see where the other has taken her and try new roads without having to ask. I can also see how many miles she has on each type of road on a long drive. It would be nice since you can only pick one type of road in the app. That doesn’t help much when the child goes from backroads to a highway and back. By tracking speed, I can give her pointers on staying consistent with her speed such as going up hill or merging onto a highway, etc. All great tools that can be incorporated into the app. Visual references are a valuable tool in teaching.
