Tried to open the app yesterday in the morning and had a error message. I kept trying all day long, but it never worked. I just tried to uninstall the app and do everything from the begging, but I can't even log in now...

Same problem tried to open the app it said "there's a error please try again later" waited an hour same thi g happened. Then Uninstalled/reinstalled it pops up " there is an error while trying to log in (0). Please try again. But good thing if the app doesn't work you can still canxstill log in on you browser and do what you need to do through there ( except you can't play your music while working out it will constantly stop while you work out) have a nice day hope I helped someone 🤙🏾

the app keeps telling me THERE WAS AN ERROR that occurred even though I uninstalled it and then reinstall it, the message still pops up.

my PUMA TRAC APP is not working, it keeps on saying ERROR canceled. I have updated my ios and restarted my phone. if I delete the app and reinstall the app, will I lose my data eg trac score, and workouts I have done?
