I’ve downloaded SC and I can’t even login, always asking for upgrade but there’s no update too, I just downloaded it

I downloaded SC more than a month ago and anytime I try opening an account all I get is (oops we are fixing whatever )
It’s soo frustrating why doesn’t anything work in this country. Your app is beans

Your system asked me to update my app which I did, but SC hasn’t worked after the update. Note that I’ve been using SC for years. Now I’m overseas and need to transfer funds to pay my bill but I cannot. And this all started after simple update. I need assistance urgently.

Created an account using SC and it took me 4 months after a follow up and finally got my account number. I was informed that I’ll be receiving my Visa card within two business days because of how long I was delayed now it’s another 2 months and no Visa card.

At this point however, I think you can just .....keep it!.

Using Face ID to login doesn’t work just after update. Did a manual login and checked to see if Face ID is still enabled in the settings. It is still enabled but won’t login after authentication.
Functionality should have priority over “beautification” of app.

Back button in SC is too small to access.

Gone through all the process I have received my atm card very efficient. However I'm stuck at the register with temporary PIN. When u tap on register with temporary pin and sms nothing opens. Running ios 12.1.4 on iPhone 7. 😔

It’s been almost 5 or 6 months and my card hasn’t been delivered and I still don’t have access to my account I just got a call about 2months ago and they are telling me it’s either I go to one of their branches or my card gets destroyed I guess it’s destroyed now any help ?

Automatically exit whenever it’s been opened

I created my account about two months ago and up till now I haven’t received my debit card . Please can I know the reason

App is getting better!

The bank app update has been excellent and it shows the desire of StanChart Ghana to lead in the technology sector amongst banks in Ghana. However the account in the main menu could use a change in design to make it more appealing and user friendly, but besides that really pleased with the update.

Awesome app and makes it possible to do almost every needed thing at the banking hall but It is difficult touching the 3 lines for the menu at the top left corner on an iPhone 13 pro max. Not so sure about the other versions.

If the Menu button can be maximized, that’ll be great!

Been using SC since 2017 and it has been a phenomenal innovation experience. Serves as a great banking assistant especially on days where it just is not possible to go into a branch. I would totally recommend it.

I deposited money into my account and log out.. I tried to log back into my account but SC only closes unexpectedly.. any means by which this can be solved??

I have used many bank apps but I have come to terms that the this app Mobile on a path to become synonymous to digital banking in Ghana. Excellent app that allows you the flexibility of doing almost everything in your comfort. Keep soaring team this app

I’ve tried using SC for international wire transfers and it keeps failing. Visited this app branches and reported the issue but it remains unresolved. The call center for this app Ghana operates from India or somewhere in South East Asia and offers very limited information support. Whatever informs the decision for an Africa operation to be receiving support from Asia remains intriguing. I don’t even know my bank relationship manager to get personalized support. this app Ghana should fix this!
