Can’t access app after update

Your system asked me to update my app which I did, but the app hasn’t worked after the update. Note that I’ve been using the app for years. Now I’m overseas and need to transfer funds to pay my bill but I cannot. And this all started after simple update. I need assistance urgently.

Created an account using the app and it took me 4 months after a follow up and finally got my account number. I was informed that I’ll be receiving my Visa card within two business days because of how long I was delayed now it’s another 2 months and no Visa card.
At this point however, I think you can just .....keep it!.
