My tithely app won't find any churches, ot just keeps searching. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I've cleared the cache and data. Nothing seems to be working. Any other suggestions?

We just started making changes to our newly completed app and it keeps timing out my phone. my phone literally closes out when opening the app.

My pin number isn't working, I clicked on "forgot your pin" ( I didn't forget my pin number by the way) on my phone, got the email link to reset. I clicked on the link, reset my pin number and it still wont work. The administrator told me that he is also having issues with logging on. I use tithley for my regular giving, also I am the one who convinced our church to use tithley. I need a resolution quickly before everyone gets scared and our church discontinues using tithley, thanks.

The Tithe.ly church app won’t stay open on my iPhone 6. It was fine until a couple of months ago, when I had to stop giving regular payments. I have tried to start that up again, and I am unable to. Thanks

I tried to use the app to give my tithe and offering today (5-28-22) and it went fine until after I selected the payment confirmation then it said it was having troubles and to try again I closed the app and tried again. Same message. I restarted my phone and same problem. I even used a second phone yet the same problem. The app worked fine last week. Any ideas? Thanks.
