It opens to a blank page when I click give now. This App keeps malfunctioning making it difficult for me to use it. Every time they fix it, it defaults back to going to the blank screen again rather than the giving page. This needs to be fixed in order to be user friendly. There is no way to update the recurring giving amount. Adding a new recurring giving amount does not work either. I am getting very frustrated with this App. It needs a total overhaul in order to work for the users. Please fix it because I would love to use it to do my giving to the church. This should be easy and convenient but it is anything but.

I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on the app, and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.

Downloaded the app thinking it would be easier than the difficult website to change my payment method. Couldn’t find the church I needed even when searching the name and address. Therefore couldn’t change my payment. The confirmation emails of my giving don’t even provide a link to get to my account since I can never find the right login website when going online. It’s never easy to navigate anything with tithely.
