Have tried to get support to cancel recurring donations Your support Center is a sin. Can't talk to a singe humman.You have no phone number to contact for hepl.My Church will be re be reviewing you servive.I will be suggesting that they dump you.You practices are no Christian and I plan to contact the members of my church and the better business Bureau. It is one of the worst websites. My Facebook post will say so.Praying you will do better or get out of the business
Bad UX/UI, bad data integrity, system bugs

I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on the app, and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.

Downloaded the app thinking it would be easier than the difficult website to change my payment method. Couldn’t find the church I needed even when searching the name and address. Therefore couldn’t change my payment. The confirmation emails of my giving don’t even provide a link to get to my account since I can never find the right login website when going online. It’s never easy to navigate anything with tithely.

I have been using this app for several years. I’ve always had problems logging into the app. Why does this app tell me my password is wrong, when I know the password is right. I create a new password, but still can’t log in. This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I just hope the money that I’ve sent through this app is actually going to my church. I’ll be contacting my church to verify my transactions.
