It opens to a blank page when I click give now. Tithely keeps malfunctioning making it difficult for me to use it. Every time they fix it, it defaults back to going to the blank screen again rather than the giving page. This needs to be fixed in order to be user friendly.

There is no way to update the recurring giving amount. Adding a new recurring giving amount does not work either. I am getting very frustrated with Tithely. It needs a total overhaul in order to work for the users.

Please fix it because I would love to use it to do my giving to the church. This should be easy and convenient but it is anything but.

I have found that Tithely is just not good and could certainly use a major rehaul. Unless I’m doing something wrong, Tithely doesn’t remember my credentials even when I activate TouchID = no bueno for me. You have to find your church every time, would rather there be a “favorites” or a default church so I can conveniently pay my home church without the mess. Tithely also takes you to a website to complete a transaction, maybe should have been embedded in Tithely itself. Using the button from my church’s website makes it much more convenient than the useless app.

At first the website wouldn’t recognize my password, I think because I had chosen one with symbols. Once I changed to only alphanumeric the problems went away.

Also they need to make it work better with the LastPass app so LastPass can find the proper entry. They should also consider allowing it to work with TouchID.

Even after doing those things I think it would only be a 3 star app. It’s super basic and no better than the platform we had before.

I have been using the this app app for several years and have never had an issue with signing in or recurrent giving. I love that I can group my giving at tax time to see how much I have given to different groups, individually and as a whole for the year.

I had automated giving set up for weekly tithe on Sundays. A bug in their system charged me again on a Tuesday. First of all, it takes so long to get in touch with a support person on the phone that I had to leave a voicemail. I eventually got in touch with someone thru the chat feature. He said he issued me a refund for the mistaken charge. When I checked the next day, the mistaken transaction record no longer exited on Tithely , and on the web portal, the dollar amount got changed to $0.00, but I hadn’t actually received a refund.

Downloaded Tithely thinking it would be easier than the difficult website to change my payment method. Couldn’t find the church I needed even when searching the name and address. Therefore couldn’t change my payment. The confirmation emails of my giving don’t even provide a link to get to my account since I can never find the right login website when going online. It’s never easy to navigate anything with this app.

I have been using Tithely for several years. I’ve always had problems logging into Tithely . Why does Tithely tell me my password is wrong, when I know the password is right. I create a new password, but still can’t log in. This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I just hope the money that I’ve sent through Tithely is actually going to my church. I’ll be contacting my church to verify my transactions.

It’s alright. Tithely itself literally doesn’t do anything. It gives you a few options to click and then takes you to their website to finish said option. It would actually be easier to just bookmark their website and load it up in your browser.

I love the premise of Tithely and it has done it’s job for us with giving to our church for quite sometime without problems. However, I needed to make a change with our giving and my old password wasn’t right and I tried to change it but that process is very broken!!!

I was giving with it. I encouraged most of my Church to Give using it. Then in the last several months it became erratic and unpredictable. The Giving page will go “Blank white page” requiring you to back out and try again. I even deleted and reinstalled Tithely . Now all I get is a blank white page. The members of my Church are reporting the same thing. We’re going to have to use something else.

I have tried unsuccessfully to use Tithely. It states that it takes Apple Pay, however the payment key remains grayed out when selecting this option. As you do not pay in Tithely and are rerouted to Safari there is no way I will enter my banking information or credit card information. Fix it so that it will accept Apple Pay as stated and I will use your app that reroutes me to Safari

Giving your tithes and offering as if you are ordering from starbucks or paying uber is a super great idea! But unlike Tithely mentioned, I hope this app will allow all transaction within Tithely rather than redirecting through a browser. I believe that’s MUST INCLUDED UPDATE.

The good: this app is a great service that makes giving donations to church easy.

The bad: where do I start... first, Tithely has not been updated in 2 years! That’s insane. For such a key part of many churches, Tithely needs to be constantly updated. Second, the experience is not great. If I want to make a donation, I’m taken out of Tithely and have to finish in Safari. Seriously?

Developers, please update Tithely

Tithely is so frustrating. I can give online on my computer just fine. But when I want to use Tithely on my iPhone, which is all the time, I click to give to my church and it goes to the this app website as a blank page. I try to give using the website on my phone-blank page. What good is an app if it isn’t usable?

Tithely is almost useless. After you log in and try to donate or review recent donations, it directs you to the website. My church switched to this system to improve upon our previous online giving site. I’m not convinced it was worth the switch.

I sent a tithe to my church using Tithely and as per my bank the transaction was successful but it never reached my church. Despite that I sent emails several times asking to solve this, I never got a solution and I don’t know where the money went.
My banks solution is to dispute this money with my church , which I don’t find fair because it’s not my church fault

Every time I sign in it ask me if I want to use the fingerprint to sign in for for future logs. I say yes and then go through the steps to set it up, but when I log in the next time I still have to sign in the long way. That is so aggravating! Is there a fingerprint option for real or no?

I really like Tithely but you need to provide a way to cancel a payment that you may have made a mistake. I believe you had that feature at one time.

I use Tithely every week to give to my home church while I’m in college. Even recommending it to my mom. Giving it a good review because it does what I needs and I believe it is helping advance God’s kingdom.

I don’t have to carry cash with me . If you do the set up correctly you won’t have problems. 👍

Great idea in concept, but I’m not sure of the point of Tithely since it just redirects to a web browser anyway. Frustrating to use for setting up and changing automated recurring giving. Better experience for me to just use the website for most things.

Thank You this app for this fantastic App that made my life so much easier to manage all of my Church Giving! Our Church is getting ready to also Launch The this app Custom Church App too...so looking forward to that! Keep up the great work!

I’ve tried every possible way to set up an account: church website; your app; then going to your website. In every case when I enter all my information and I hit submit, everything freezes! I’ve been unable to set up an account! Very frustrating!

This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. I got an email confirming my giving info. But when I try to sign in to the mobile app I cannot get in - I click where it says “click” and nothing happens. Nothing. Giving to my church should not be this difficult!

We’ve used for a few years in Oasis Church in Texas. Excellent Service and Excellent Tool.

This makes giving so easy since i never remember cash.

Why does Tithely direct me to a browser interface? There’s literally no point to having Tithely take up space on my phone if it just leads me to my browser anyway.

Edit: the last update was a year ago—maybe even longer. That explains a lot.
