Switched from note 20 to iPhone. Worked smoothly with my previous phone. Upgraded and I set my email address to outlook but the documents I send have a gmail address. I don’t use this for business. Can’t figure out why. No help in the app. Buyers remorse is setting in

Before I had to select the images that I had to email. Now the app decides which one I want to send. And if I want to send several I have to send one by one. Please the option SELECT so it’s easier. Thanks.
