I keep getting an error message when I put my phone number in. I tried to use both my iPhone and my iPad. Now I can’t log on to either one. I get the same message on both. Please help.
Message I send not going through
I successfully installed Bip on my iPad and tried to install it on iPhone 15. When I put in my phone number, to receive by SMS my verification code received an error, “Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again.” I’ve been trying for over 12 hours. My phone number is +1-404-840-0410. I live in the United States. I’ve deleted the app, and reinstalled the same error message. Help, Melinda M. Bip app isn't letting me log in, I called we went through the website, still cannot. Its a server error on their end apparently, so I'm to try again later tonight or tomorrow... Not ideal but ok

When I call someone on bip or they call me we both not hearing each other An with video chat both seeing each other but can't hear each other Its not my phone speaker cause it works perfectly fine with other apps except bip
