Old app directs us to AlbertsonsMarket. AlbertsonsMarket is still not functional.

Can’t use it, can’t log in and the website isn’t even working.

Can’t use either app now. And can’t use the website either. I have prescriptions I need to manage and can’t access ANYTHING. I’m stuck in a perpetual loop of each app sending me to the other app over and over and won’t let me get past that. Not even when I delete the old app. Don’t release garbage and force us to download it if it doesn’t work.

Worse than old app & that was BAD! Screen just freezes!

Was forced to download the new app but it hasn’t let me log in yet, just keeps telling me there’s an error they’re working on fixing. It’s been several days now, still can’t log in. I do most of my grocery shopping thru AlbertsonsMarket and do pickup because of my work schedule, which means I’ll be shopping somewhere else

I cannot order through either app now. It just keeps saying technical difficulties. So, I go back to the old one and it won’t let me use it. Thanks for making things harder for disabled who wants to do pickup.

Says will take to outside site to enter EBT PIN number but when you click continue nothing happens or says error occurred please try again. I tried Chrome and Safari. Pop up blocker is off and I cleared caches.

This may be the worst app I have ever used. Nothing works. Took me multiple attempts to get logged in. Once logged in, anything you attempt to do results in errors. Total garbage, useless app.

I understand that they wanted to do more with AlbertsonsMarket but I had no idea about AlbertsonsMarket change until the previous app stopped working and I had to research why.
Also, the workers in Albertsons have stated how much less the POS (aka piece of $h’t) allows them to see or do. WIC is no longer available for them to see which item qualifies. I don’t personally need this because I use AlbertsonsMarket , however, their is always going to be that less than tech savvy Karen who is going to ruin their employees and customers day by being all righteous.
Intentions to better the quality of their technology is there, the execution is so off that Mary Queen of Scots considered herself lucky in comparison.

Make something/anything that actually works just once. Please??

I like the new app design. But I wish there were an option to pay using SNAP benefits for online pick like the old app. Very disappointed!

Now the old app won’t work and the new app won’t work. So there is no real Albertsons app currently. They made it completely useless.

New app downloaded and had all my info except my prescriptions. Went into pharmacy section and they are all gone.

I already have an account from before and it will not let me login.

AlbertsonsMarket is a lot faster than the old Shop Albertsons Market one (no more loading screen every time you click anything). But the fact that all the coupons now HAVE to be clipped DIGITALLY instead of applying automatically in store really annoys me. Especially the BOGO.

Could have a few more items in your adds

Such a huge improvement from the last app. Very much needed.
