I downloaded Kaufland and registered, sometimes the card appears at the bottom of the screen, but sometimes it’s not there; and I don’t know where to find the code to scan my shoppings. A bit annoying if you are at the counter and want to pay

Somehow the card with the scan code can no longer be accessed and Kaufland keeps asking me to list my store every time I open it. Please fix
