Poorly executed

I understand that they wanted to do more with the app but I had no idea about the app change until the previous app stopped working and I had to research why.
Also, the workers in Albertsons have stated how much less the POS (aka piece of $h’t) allows them to see or do. WIC is no longer available for them to see which item qualifies. I don’t personally need this because I use the app, however, their is always going to be that less than tech savvy Karen who is going to ruin their employees and customers day by being all righteous.
Intentions to better the quality of their technology is there, the execution is so off that Mary Queen of Scots considered herself lucky in comparison.
Totally useless now

Can’t use either app now. And can’t use the website either. I have prescriptions I need to manage and can’t access ANYTHING. I’m stuck in a perpetual loop of each app sending me to the other app over and over and won’t let me get past that. Not even when I delete the old app. Don’t release garbage and force us to download it if it doesn’t work.
New app doesn’t work

Was forced to download the new app but it hasn’t let me log in yet, just keeps telling me there’s an error they’re working on fixing. It’s been several days now, still can’t log in. I do most of my grocery shopping thru the app and do pickup because of my work schedule, which means I’ll be shopping somewhere else
